Do you know that there are 1,112 homless people in Moore County and their average age is 9 years?  Five executives who lead the non-profit organizations serving the homeless, hungry and illiterate in thye Sandhills jopined us this week for a frank discussion on how dire the needs are for a largely unrecognized group of our neighbors.
Each week we feature a group of well-known local commentators and radio talk show hosts along with featured guests whose backgrounds and life experiences add unique insights into important social and political issues.

Centerpoint is a weekly on-air panel discussion of local and national current events that bridges the gap between the right and left extremes of political discourse in America today. We give voice to moderate and independent points of view that are left out of much of today's political discourse.

"The purpose of CenterPoint is to give voice to the opinions of moderate Republicans, Conservative Democrats and Independents who have been politically alienated by the incivility and polarized content in much of today's public discourse on matters of national security, the economy, job creation and preservation of our environment."
